Q: What happens to my voucher if we go into another lockdown?

A: Your voucher will be extended automatically for the time of closure. We will update this for you once we re-open. Please ensure you register your gift card online so you can check your balance & expiry date.


Q: Are you taking deposits for bookings?

A: Yes we require £10.00 deposit per person for tables of 8 guests or over in our lounge for tapas or restaurant for dinner or lunch from the 18th November 2021 onwards.


Q: I ordered through one of your delivery partners and my order was late or damaged, what do I do?

A: We do not get given any of your personal details and cannot trace your order once it has left us. You MUST contact the provider through your account immediately and tell them you are not happy. You can of course call us or email us, so that we can also report this to the provider for you.

All orders are checked by our teams as they leave the kitchen, should you have any feedback please let us know.


Q: Are children welcome in the restaurant or lounge area?

A: Yes! We are a family friendly restaurant & have a children’s menu. We do however have some rules due to safety. Please ensure your child is seated at all times - feel free to bring your own activities to keep them entertained. Children must be accompanied by an adult to the bathrooms. In the evening our atmosphere can become more drink orientated, and we therefore ask that children are only onsite until 9pm.
